When a Civio summary is factually wrong, we fix it — and we publish the change here. Each entry shows what the summary said before, what it says now, the reason, the human reviewer, and the timestamp. This page is the public record. If a correction exists, it appears here.

This isn’t pride — it’s expectation. We assume errors are inevitable at scale, and we built the review pipeline first so corrections ship within 24 hours of being flagged. When the first one lands, you’ll see it here.

We treat factual accuracy as a product defect
If a Civio summary is wrong, that’s a bug. Not an acceptable error rate. Flag any summary on the page where it appears, or email corrections@civio.app with the specific text and the source you’re comparing it to.
